Billing & cancellation
Your hosted instance is a simple monthly subscription, handled securely by Stripe. You can manage or cancel it at any time.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- Find the receipt email Stripe sent when you subscribed.
- Use the manage subscription link in that receipt to open Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel.
- Can't find the receipt? Email [email protected] and we'll send you a billing link.
What happens when you cancel
- Your instance stays available until the end of the current paid period — no further charges after that.
- Once the period ends, the instance is deactivated and its data is deleted after a short retention window. Please export anything you want to keep before cancelling (the Prayer List has CSV and PDF exports on the prayer wall).
- Fees already paid for the current period aren't refunded, except where required by law or if something went wrong on our end — see our Terms of Service.
