Billing & cancellation

Your hosted instance is a simple monthly subscription, handled securely by Stripe. You can manage or cancel it at any time.

Manage or cancel your subscription

  1. Find the receipt email Stripe sent when you subscribed.
  2. Use the manage subscription link in that receipt to open Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel.
  3. Can't find the receipt? Email [email protected] and we'll send you a billing link.
